These Terms of Service form a binding legal agreement between you and us when Brick Nova Link Pop is obtained from the Google Play Store and used. Your installation, opening, or other interaction with the App confirms that every provision below has been read, understood, and agreed to. If agreement is not given, uninstall the App and cease all use at once.
You receive a personal license that is revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It permits lawful, non-commercial entertainment use of Brick Nova Link Pop on mobile devices owned or controlled by you. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, altering, creating derivative works from, redistributing, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any portion of the game—including source code, graphics, audio, and proprietary systems—is prohibited unless applicable law permits it or prior written consent is provided by us.
Actions that interrupt, damage, or undermine normal game operation are not allowed. Examples include bug exploitation, unauthorized cheat tools or modifications, alteration of local game data, automated scripts or macros, and attempts to bypass the App’s technical protection measures. Brick Nova Link Pop does not include chat, social messaging, or player-to-player communication features.
All rights, title, and interest in Brick Nova Link Pop—including code, visuals, sound effects, level designs, animations, trademarks, and other proprietary assets—are owned solely by our development team and its licensors. No ownership interest is transferred to you by these Terms. Unauthorized use or exploitation of the game’s intellectual property is forbidden.
A “cash win” label or similar reward marker in the game is purely decorative and indicates only in-game progress or achievement. Real-money wagering, gambling, cash payouts, cryptocurrency transfers, or any form of monetary redemption are neither offered nor participated in by Brick Nova Link Pop. Virtual items and rewards have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged outside the game for money, goods, or services.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is given, whether express, implied, or statutory. Error-free, uninterrupted, or universally compatible operation with every device model, operating-system version, or external component is not claimed. Device hardware, system updates, network conditions, and other external factors beyond our control may affect performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages is not accepted. This includes, without limitation, data loss, lost game progress, decreased device performance, or other harm arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Game progress and save data are stored locally on your device. Remote backups are not maintained, and responsibility is not taken for progress lost through app deletion, device factory resets, or similar events.
Updates, patches, or modifications to the game may be issued in our sole discretion, including additions, removals, or changes to features, content, or functionality, with or without prior notice. These Terms of Service may also be updated from time to time. A revised version will be posted at bryzkon.com/terms.html with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after that posting indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and their interpretation are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our development entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
